At Plant Based Zo, it all started with a shared love for a vegan lifestyle and a dream to create something special. Emmanuel and Belle, each with successful careers in music and medicine, wanted to build a future that combined their passion for cooking with their commitment to plant-based living. So, they decided to open a restaurant that would bring the vibrant flavors of Haitian and Caribbean cuisine to the vegan community in Atlanta.
